Brainteaser #07- A Fair Division -

Nicholas has always treated his sons equally. In his will, he would like to divide the land he owns equally as well. The trouble is that the land is irregularly shaped and non-symmetrical so it is not possible to simply divide it into two equal halves.

Without doing any measurements, can you find a simple solution where both sons will be happy with their share of the land?
